Terms of Service
Payment Terms
1. Payments in Paypal is preferred, all payments should only be made in USDs, unless stated otherwise.
2. Full payments are required before I begin working on any commissions.
3. You are allowed to hold a payment for 3-5 days or longer if you can provide a proper reason. But if continuously delay the payment over a long period of time, I will cancel your order completely and you will be temporarily blacklisted.
4. Payments should be done within 24-48 hrs upon being notified to or after I accept your commission.
5. The artist reserves the right to refund a commission under any circumstance. The client will be refunded the full price of the commission, minus any paypal fees that incur.
6. The client reserves the rights to request a refund under the circumstances of poor communication.
7. There are no refunds after the artist is done with the commission.
8. Please state at all times if the commission is commercial or non-commercial.

Commissions
Note: Please note all my commissions are charged normally for personal/ non -profit usage only. Personal use includes:
- Personal Icon Profile Picture
- Artwork used for personal use PC/Tablet/PhoneCommercial works (Will be charged 1.5x - 3x the original price) include:
- Vtuber models
- Twitch Emotes, Overlays, Stream schedules, screen changes (Be right Back, Starting Soon, Thanks for watching)
- Character References
- Printed merchandise (Acrylic Charms, Bookmarks, Prints, Stickers, etc.)
- Commercial Covers, Original Songs (paid content)
1. These are commissions for DIGITAL artwork, no physical products will be provided.
2. The artist reserves the right to deny a request of commission if they feel it fit. It will most likely be rejected if it is not fitting for my style.
3. Please provide clear references.
4. The artist reserves all rights to the illustrated piece. The client may only use the piece for personal use. Please inquire for commercial use.
5. The artist reserves the right to post completed works on social media. If the client wishes to keep it private for any reason, they must state so when ordering.
6. Client has the right to upload completed work to their social media if credited accordingly
7. Please give me up to 2 months to finish the commission.
8. If you are asking for a reference, please have details available of what kind of character you want available. This includes as much details of images and text as you can. References are charged +100 % commercial, and may be charged consultation.
